She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Adkins and Beulah Neal Adkins; her children, Art Willis, Jr. and Linda Kay Vance; her son-in-law Gene Vance; her siblings, Carl Adkins, Robert Adkins and Mary Burns (Lewis); her grandchildren, Miranda Johnson and Gregory Ryan Willis; her great grandchild Justin Vance; and her stepfather Edgar Spears.
She is survived by: her husband Art Willis; her children, Dan Willis (Carol), Greg Willis (Angie), Scott Willis and Brenda McKenzie (Andy); her daughters-in-law, Donna Willis and Amanda Willis; her grandchildren, Shawn Willis (Stephanie), Artie Willis, Taylor McCoy (Nick), Jamie Vance (Vicky), Jeremy Vance, Lori Willis, Jonathan McKenzie (Emily), Alex McKenzie (Dusty), Kara Vance (Justin), Cortney Jones (Patrick), Gabrielle Willis and Jacob Willis; her great grandchildren, Evan Willis (Taylor), Addison Willis, Dylan Vance, Isabella Belcher, Tucker McCoy, Kyzer McCoy, Annika McKenzie, Declan McKenzie, Waverly McKenzie, Quinn Jeffrey, Bailee McKenzie, Kenadee McKenzie, Liam Vance, Lucy Vance and Stetson Jones; and her siblings-in-law, Junior Willis (Margaret), Myrtle Prince (Albert), Rosa Lovejoy, Judy Adkins and Carolyn Adkins.
