She was predeceased by: her parents, Sybil Hensley and Lacy Hensley; her daughter Michelle Hughes (Mullins); and her siblings, Corina Bambeah and Linville Hensley.
She is survived by: her husband Archie Mullins; her children, Pamela Smith (Ron), Tina Bryant (Mark), Darlene Mullins, Roland Mullins and Kenneth Mullins (Inis); and her sisters, Alma Hensley and Judie Delikat. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
