She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jane Evans Maynard and Tennis Maynard; her grandparents, Leilah, Clyde Allman of Holden, Orville Evans of Holden, WV, Arnie and Cynthia Maynard; and her mother-in-law Nettie Newsome.
She is survived by: her husband James Newsome (BoBo); her uncle Charles Evans (Bubbi) of Holden, WV; her sister Wanda Darlene Watson of Sissonville, WV; her niece Autmum Lee of Chapmanville, WV.; her father-in-law Okey Lee Newsome Jr.; her caregiver Nancy Clouse; her brother-in-law Okey Newsome III (Pumpin) of Holden, WV; and her close friend June Blankenship Ward.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (200 Main St, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
