He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Daniel, Brenda Neace, Leon and Stella Hager. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Neace (Marlena) and Janet Gallagher (George); his wife Sharyn Kitchen Neace; his children, Ryleighn Sander, Benjamin Kayden, Samantha Nicole and Maya Addalynn; and his siblings, Jeremy Scott, Billy Gene III, Russell Timothy, Amanda Leighann, Danielle Marlene and Darian Nicole.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations can be made to the funeral home to help with cost.
