She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Burgess and Lillian Burgess; her husband Carl Keyser; her son Teddy Keyser; her siblings, Melvin "Buck" Burgess, Leonard Guy Burgess and Dixie Burgess Clevenger; and her sisters-in-law, Debra Burgess (Phipps) and Betty J Burgess.
She is survived by: her pet Tigger; her daughters, Michele Womack (Jack) of Dunedin and Melissa Ahad (John) of Belmont, NC; her brothers, Richard "Dick" Burgess of McConnell and Bruce Burgess of Gilbert, WV; her grandchildren, Kyle Womack of Dunedin, FL, Ryan Womack of Dunedin, FL, Maggie Denning of Belmont, NC, Colin Ahad of New Boston, OH, Abbie Denning of St. Petersburg, FL, Ally Ahad of Cleveland, TN and Caleb Ahad of Belmont, NC; her sister-in-law Nora Burgess; and her close friend Joan Podunavac (McClellan).
