She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Lombardo Sr. and Thelma Roy Lombardo; her siblings, Jim Lombardo, Johnny Lombardo and Rosemary Breckenridge; and her son Timothy Cline.
She is survived by: her pet Belle; her brothers, Joe Lombardo (Shirley), Tony Lombardo (Patricia) of Logan and Noah Lombardo (Martha) of Man; her daughters, Dollie Nelson (Billy) of Logan and Jennifer Cline (Thomas); her grandchildren, Michael Penkowski, James Penkowski, Brittany Rhymer, Tyler Easterling, Taylor Easterling and Randy Pruitt; her great grandchildren, Kyndra Penkowski, Lilian Penkowski, Maximus Penkowski, Talia Rhymer, Hunter Bryant, Mazikeen Maynard, Alexander Clay, Payton Miller and Bryson Miller; her grandchildren, Tori and James Ruggles; and her close friends, Sandra Sue Nelson, Diana Ruggles and Bonnie Pritchard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As per her wishes, there will be no services and in lieu of flowers to the family, donations can be made to your local church in honor of her memory.
