She is survived by: her husband Douglas of Logan; her sons, Curtis Ballard (Carla) of Lenoir, NC, Terry Ballard (Beth) of Logan and Kent of Logan; her brothers, Linus Holstein (Annie) of Salisbury, NC and Dale Holstein (Kathy) of Rand, WV; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Derek, Samantha and Todd. She is also survived by one great granddaughter; a host of nieces and nephews.
