She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B Harless and Tressie Harless (Jarrell); her husband John Ratliff (JW); her sons, Brian Keith Ratliff and John Ratliff Jr.; her grandson Brandon Woodie; and her sisters, Ursula White and Betty Joslin.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Woodie (David) of James Creek, Cynthia Hoosier (Bubby) of Barrett, W. V, Shelley Browning (Billy) of Barrett, W. V, Annette Ratliff (Deb Poveromo) of State College and Timmy Ratliff of Barrett, W. V; her grandchildren, Keith Hoosier (Amanda), Brian Woodie, Jason Hoosier, John Ratliff, Cassandra Booth (Michael), Kasey Ratliff and Sydney Browning; and her brothers, Junie Harless (Regina) and Willie Harless (Susie). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
