He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hulett, Lucretia Butcher, Howard and Pam McNeely; his mother-in-law Debbie Oliver; and his uncle Mark McNeely.
He is survived by: his son Kyler Jordan Butcher; his wife Kaylee Nikole Butcher (Maynard); his parents, Tracy Butcher and Lynne Butcher; his siblings, Kara, Garrett Poole, Ryan, Tori Butcher, Trace and Anna Butcher; his father-in-law Charlie Maynard; his sister Kellie; his brother-in-law Larry Lucas; his nieces, Lara and Lonna Lucas; and his pets, Daisy and Dixie. He is also survived by friends, coworkers.
