She was predeceased by: her parent Thurman Mullins. She is survived by: her parent Ola Mae McCoy; her husband John Henry Maynard; her daughters, Cathy L. Hatfield of Williamson, W. V, Susan Hatfield of Man, W. V, Cindy Browning of Man, W. V and Angie Browning of Delbarton, W. V; her siblings, Ronnie Mullins of Nashville, Marcia Morgan (David) of Louisville and Garnet Richmond (Bill) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Crystal Morstadt (Shane), Ashley Summers, Joey Morris, Corey Mathis and Chris Estep (Terah); and her great grandchildren, Caylin, Chloe, Bryson, Storey, Roman, Brynlee, Shiloh and Phillip. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.
