James Justice Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2019, at the age of 75, James Justice (Logan, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn A. Justice and Freda J. Justice; his wife Beaulah Justice; his stepchildren, Jimmy Dempsey and Susan Senator; his stepgranddaughter Rhonda Bowers; his niece Erica D. Carper; his great-nephew Devin T. Carper; and his sister-in-law Trulaby Dempsey.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Roger; his siblings, Jack Justice (Lynne) of Proctorville, OH, Joann Adkins (Roger) of Verdunville, WV and Karen Carper (Danny) of Logan, WV; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Adkins (Brittany) of Verdunville, WV, Jordan Carper of Logan, Whitney Justice (Marc), Mark Justice and Todd Justice; his great-nieces, Braylie Adkins, Avery Adkins and Hailey Carper; his stepsons, Ronnie Dempsey (Dreama) and Dale Dempsey (Rita) of Delbarton; his stepgrandson Archie Lambert; and his friends, Irvin Creakman, John Payne and James. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Akers-James Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
