He is survived by: his parent Isabel Ball Blackburn; his wife Janice Faye Lowe Blackburn; his daughter Tammy Faye; his son-in-law Terry Hope; his son James Michael; his daughter-in-law Karen Blackburn; and his grandchildren, Michaela Hope Blackburn, Logan Michael Blackburn and James Christian Blackburn.
