He is survived by: his spouse Mary Beth White (Ferrell); his children, James Lewis Ferrell, II of Logan and Elizabeth Jane Ferrell Gillette of Logan; his grandchildren, James Lewis Ferrell, III (Jamie) of Charleston, Sarah Allison Ferrell of Logan and Maryellen Rose Gillette (Rosey) of Logan; and his siblings, Wanda Edwards of Huntington, Vernon P. Ferrell (Jean) of Logan, Charles N. Ferrell (Susan) of Logan and David Michael Ferrell (Susan) of Logan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
