He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Sue Hurley England. He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. England (Martha) of Cynthiana, Connie Sue England of Cynthiana, Terri L. Crigger (David) of Bluefield and Norma Jo Phillips (Richard) of Cynthiana; and his siblings, Gene England of Capels, Roger England of Richmond, Dewey England, Jr. of Ft. Gay and Sedona "Seda" Wilhite of Ft. Gay. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren, along with several nieces & nephews.
