He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden Blair and Mae Wells Blair; and his wife Janice "Faye" Dowden Blair. He is survived by: his son Thomas H. E. Blair; his siblings, Thelmar Blair, Tilden "Ed" Blair and Thelma Mae; his brother-in-law Ray Blevins; his nephews, Bill, Britt, Tony and Rodney Blair; his son Ray Blair (Terri); his grandsons, Thomas Blair (Kellyn) and Tyler Blair (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Connor, Chandler and Ryver; his siblings, Joe Blair (Mary), Tommy Blair (Deanna), Irene Belcher, Mary Turkale (Clifton), Louise Blevins, Alice Blair (Don Hurley) and Patricia Burress (Tom); his sisters-in-law, Leona Blair, Georgia Herrel and Peggy Blair; and also Karen Story. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the Governor's guidelines for large gatherings only 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time.
