He is survived by: his children, Rev. Harold McMillen Jr. (Dee) of Switzer, WV and Krystal McMillen of Logan, WV; his stepdaughter Alisa Hensley; his grandchildren, Emily McMillen of Logan, WV, Harold "Trey" McMillen III of Switzer, WV, Brandyn Hensley of Logan, WV and Cameron Hensley of Logan, WV; his great grandchildren, Kenley Fowler and Fletcher Fowler of Logan, WV; his brother James McMillen (Sharon) of Godby Branch, WV; and his sister-in-law Pat McMillen of Huntington, WV.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Akers-James Funeral Home (832 Old Logan Rd, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
