She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Isaacs and Georgia Bliffen; and her grandparents, Sherman, Sarah Isaacs, Jess and Mary Alice Bliffen.

She is survived by: her children, Dianna Gore Pack (Ronnie) of Whitman, WV, John Edward Gore (Rebecca) of Bradenton, Michael David Gore (Hillary) of Milton, WV and Carl Ray Gillum (Kim) of Pigeon Roost, WV; her sister Susan Crites; her grandchildren, Hali Utley (Frank), Cody Gore (Sara), Christen Ellis (Michael), Taylor Gore, Carlee Pack, Johnathan Gore, London Gore, Carly Paynter and Savannah Paynter; her great grandchildren, Julian Gore, Jayden Meade and Lyla Ellis; and her close friend Judy McConnell.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to make contributions to the Olivia Lyall family to support, care and treatment for Olivia.
