He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kincaid and Ada Kincaid (Dempsey); his wives, Tave Kincaid (Parsley) and Janet Kincaid (Trent); his siblings, Clifford, Charles, Eugene "Johnny", Delmar Ray Kincaid, Pauline Dempsey, Geneva Brown (Lucian) and Betty Lou Kincaid; and his daughter Vanesa Grooms (Rocky).

He is survived by: his children, Jewel Mullins (Ray) of Chapmanville, Tim McCoy (Sandra) of Chapmanville and Susan Moore (Roger) of Dorchester, SC; his brother Irven Kincaid of Richlands, VA; his grandchildren, Roger Brandon Moore (Allison) of Charlotte, NC and Tiffany McCoy of Logan, WV; and his great grandchildren, Malachi McCoy and Kaylee Bannister. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
