She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Elmer; her former husband James Topeka Jr.; her husband Ray Isaacs; her stepfather Mirel Vannatter; her siblings, Thomas Pesimer, Doug Pesimer, John Pesimer, Daniel Pesimer, Goldie Cooke and Edith Darlington; and her pets, Tippy, Bee Bee and Bingy.
She is survived by: her children, Lavenna Blevins (Robert) of Omar, WV, Brenda Maynard (Stephen) of Rossmore, WV, Judy Vance (Elbert) of Logan, WV, Trina Adams (Larry) of Chapmanville, WV, James Ray Topeka of Barboursville, WV and Ted Topeka (Sandy) of Sara Ann, WV; and her brothers, Eugene Vannatter (Tammy) of Huntington, WV and Dave Vannatter (Sherry) of Brentwood, TN.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
