He was predeceased by: his wife Vallie Pearl Lambert of Shamrock; and his brother James Gordon Perry of Verdunville. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Frye of Chapmanville and Hollie Johnson (Bran) of Shamrock; his grandchildren, Bryson Lee Johnson of Shamrock and Lily Grace Frye of Chapmanville; and his siblings, Robert Allen Perry of Whitman, Ada Mae Cline of Logan and Matilda Alice Workman of Logan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
