She was predeceased by: her parent Nannie Mae Butcher; her husband Richard M. Collins Jr.; her sisters, Helen Pennington, Geneveive Muncey, Loretta Carpenter, Dow Butcher Jr., Don Butcher, Ronald Butcher and Larry Butcher; and her great grandchild Devin Collins.
She is survived by: her parent Dow Butcher; her children, Patsy Collins, Timothy Collins, Mike Collins, Gary Collins and Lisa Collins; her grandchildren, Derrick Collins, Melody Hernandez (Marcos), Joseph Collins, Bryce Collins, Cheyenne Scott and Cameron Scott; and her great grandchildren, Alexandrea Vickers, Brianna Vickers, Chelsea Vickers, Zachary Lawrence, Nevaeh Porter and Haley Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as all of the friends.
