He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ellis and Jessie Amogene Nease of Logan Wv. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Abbott (Hank) and David Ellis (Jamie); his close friend Maxie Blackburn; and his wife Joann Ellis.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Akers-James Funeral Home to help with the expenses.
