He is survived by: his wife Janice Collins; his children, Pam Roeher, Stephanie Farris, Richard Collins (Michelle) and Steven Collins (Alecia); and his grandchildren, Sarah Gilks, Brad Roeher (Katie), Jared Farris (Summer), Ricky Collins (Megan) and Nichole Murray (Jon).
