He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Black and Misty Thompson; his brothers, Clyde Thompson, James Thompson and Dana Esper; his half-brother Michael Thompson; his sisters, Bernice Davis and Donna Hensley; and his grandchildren, Miranda Thompson, Adam Thompson Jr., Natasha Black and Brenda Maynard.
