He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Stover III of Chapmanville, Ronald L. Stover of Lake, Frankie Stover (Lori) of Lake and Christine R. Stover of Chapmanville; his grandchildren, Timothy Stover (Chiara), Deanna Bryant (Jake), Prestyn Stover (Taylor), Jacob Stover (Destine), Madison Stover and Dakota Stover; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Destyni, Lacie and Sophia; and his sisters, Willa Frye (Jerry) and Sheila Wiggins (Albert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
