He was predeceased by: his father Charles Puckett. He is survived by: his mother Mary Puckett Johnson; his sister Cheryl Bowen; and his nieces, Elizabeth Rose Johnston and Mary Bella Johnston. He is also survived by several Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins.
