He was predeceased by: his mother Levedah Faye McNeely Fleming. He is survived by: his father Charles Franklin Fleming of Crooked Creek; his brother Ralph Keith Fleming; his sister-in-law Connie Lynn Balentine Fleming; his great-nephew Ryan Keith Fleming; his children, Katie LeDale Fleming of Crooked Creek and Kyle Ross Pittman of Crooked Creek; his siblings, Anita Gore (Sammy) of Chapmanville and Bruce Fleming (Donna) of Peach Creek; his uncle James; and his aunt Betty Fleming of Harts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
