He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Tammy Waters and Timothy Waters (Kristina); his grandchildren, J. Eric Landrum (Jessica), Alexander Johnson (Stephanie), Sana Waters, Sofia Waters and Savana Waters; his great grandchildren, Abigail Johnson, Cail and Aurora Landrum; and his siblings, James Waters, Nelson Waters (Marlene), Charlotte Ralston (Albert), Doreen Wolfe, Sarah Severt (Gary) and Darlene Kelley (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cajah's Mountain Church of God, continuing his legacy of service and compassion.
