It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brittney Noe of Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rebecca Marcum, Earl Bryant, Paul, Nancy Noe, Norman, Carol Sue Sloan, Blanch and J. C. Burgess; her sister Tiffany Sloan; her uncle Benny Marcum; her aunt Norma "Sissy" Sloan; and her cousin Jessie Sloan.
She is survived by: her children, Chelcei Lynn Burgess, John Sheppard and Justin Noe; her siblings, Heather Canterbury (Dallas), Brigett Noe, Nicole Packo, Leslie Damron, Chandler Sloan, MiKaela Sloan, Kira Sloan, Gary Burgess, Clinton Burgess (Leeann), Ramon Burgess and Zachary Sloan; her stepsister Tamia Day; her grandfather William Marcum; her aunts and uncles, Rosetta Mounts (Joshua), Paul Noe, Roscoe Sloan and Sonya Counts (Tony); and her cousins, Hannah Davis, Brittany Hall, Maranda Marcum, John Paul Sloan, Holly Sloan, Lilly Marcum, Misty Marcum and Alexis Sloan.
