He is survived by: his wife Ann May; his daughters, Lisa Ellis (Jon) and Belinda Farley (Michael); his brothers, Fred May (Tammy) and Bud May (Sharon); his grandchildren, Katlin Farley (Luke Adams) and Ashlee Casto (Zac); his great grandchildren, Cody Vance, Annaka Casto and Zeplyn Casto; and his sister-in-law Deloris Thomas.
