He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Sipple and Minnie Sipple (Taylor); and his siblings, Lee, Roger, Homer Sipple and Barbara Lloyd.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Sipple (Angie), Josh Sipple and Valerie Carter (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Ally Wellman (Derek), Abby Bowen (Tyler), Raylee Sipple, Jeremiah Ethan Carter, Jasmine Carter and Trenton Sipple; his great grandchild Parker Grace Bowen; and his sisters, Dorothy Murray (Danny), Christine Evans (late Gary) and Mary Fleming (late Raymond). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
