He is survived by: his wife Lena Frances Blankenship Jackson; his children, Billy Franklin (Stephanie Jackson) and Judy Jackson Hatfield (Buck); his adoptive daughter Stella Dawn Rowe (Randy) of Long Pole; his grandchildren, Cory Hatfield (Brandi), Dalton Jackson, Jeremy Vanover, Christopher Compton (Christa Simpson), B. J. Compton, Cody, Tyler Hatfield and April Jackson; his great grandchildren, Waylon Hatfield, Austin Vanover, Dominic, Brenton Jackson, Jordan, Ashton Simpson, CJ Compton, Brandon Rowe, Delilah Compton and Carlie Hatfield; his nephew Jessie Ray Blankenship; and his sisters, Glenna Keaton and Shirley Matthews (Steve).
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
