She is survived by: her children, Michael Perkins (Linda) of Logan, WV, Charles Perkins of Charleston, WV, Sherry Taylor (James) of Charleston, WV, Viola Perkins of Charleston, WV and Lewis Perkins (Nadia) of Marmet, WV; and her sister Alma Stevens of Spencer, WV.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
