We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2018, at the age of 83, Arthur W. Cook (Logan, West Virginia), born in Madison, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sister Lorraine Butcher of Chapmanville, WV; his nephews, Thomas Butcher of Hewett, WV, Chris Butcher and Chad Butcher; and also Teresa Butcher of Hewett, WV. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
