He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Harvey and Lula Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Gary Harvey (Vickye); and his grandsons, John, David and Stephen.

After a long battle with Alzheimer's, Arthur passed into eternal life on his 85th birthday, January 13, 2020.
