She is survived by: her mother Donnretta Carter; her husband Keifer Tomblin; her aunts and uncles, Willis Carter Jr. (Gay), Dennis Carter (Susie), Paul Carter (Jane), Dosha Carter and Jessie Hannah; and also Barbara Bryant.
