He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard "Diddy" Withrow and Thelma Okey Anderson; his wife Dorothy Mae Tolly Withrow; and his siblings, Henry James Withrow and Mary Crouch.
He is survived by: his son Franklin David Withrow; and his brother-in-law Ron Grose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
