He was predeceased by: his parents, Samual E. Wiggins and Winnie Sewell Wiggins. He is survived by: his granddaughter Elainia; his wife Cora Persinger Wiggins; his children, Amber Shackleford (Jesse) of Churchville, WV and Skylar Arbogast of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Alan of Churchville and Jesse Lee Shackleford of Churchville; and his siblings, Linda Horton (Earl) of North Carolina and Edward Wiggins (Lynette) of Virginia. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 1 niece, several other family members and close friends.
In accordance with the mandates set forth by the State of West Virginia, masks or some kind of facial covering must be worn inside the mortuary establishment and social distancing must be observed.
