It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Parker of Linn, West Virginia, born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Sr. Parker and Audrey Stump Parker; and his siblings, Delbert "Pete" Parker, Shirley Parker, Charles Parker, Helen Raines, Rosalie Lunsford and Donna Odom.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Meadows (Nathan) of Walkersville, WV and Kelsey Parker of Lincolnton, NC; his grandchildren, Haylee and Raelinn Meadows; and his siblings, Arley Parker of Parkersburg, WV and Janice Richards (Robert) of Linn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
