He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia and Marco; and his former wife Carolyn Cipolat. He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Cipolat Hawkins; his grandson Jared Hawkins; his fiancée Gina Sandy; and his siblings, Mike Cipolat and Trina Banco.
