He is survived by: his son Alan (Tammy); his wife Deborah Miller "Debbie" O'Brien; his children, Shari O'Brien and Kurt (Becky); his grandsons, Kevin O'Brien (Jennie) and Seth McQuain; and his stepgrandchildren, Zach Fugate, Kelli Jene Jeffries, Wyatt Wilson, Ronnie Hill and Nicky O'Brien.
