He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Morgan and Helen Christine Loudermilk Morgan; and his brothers, Dale, Eugene, Bradley and Milton Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Morgan; his son Clint Morgan; his stepchildren, Kris Wilson of Chesapeake, MD, Shayne Wilson of Florida, Bobbie Wilson of Parkville, MD and Amanda Wilson of Florida; his siblings, Gary Morgan (Lisa) of Lewisburg, WV, Jeff Morgan (Kim) of Flat Mountain, Diane Collins (Bill) of Lewisburg, WV and Debbie Snedegar (Ron) of Maxwelton, WV; and his grandson Joshua Morgan. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
