She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Bud and Gladys Tincher Simms; her husband Kenneth Robert Gabbert; and her siblings, Wanda Quick (Ronnie), Lester Simms and David Simms.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Rogers (Chris) of Edmonton, AB, Randi Lynn Gabbert (David) of Bluefield, WV and Kenneth Robert Gabbert II (Tessa Hope); her granddaughters, Amelia Jane Marie Rogers and Abigail Elizabeth Ann Rogers; her siblings, Connie Scott (John) of Lewisburg, Joann Hicks (Gary) of Ronceverte, Linda Smith of Lewisburg and Gary Simms (Loretta) of Lewisburg; and her sister-in-law Saundra Simms.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewisburg Funeral Chapels (884 Jefferson St, Lewisburg, WV 24901). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
