She is survived by: her father Alvin Hoke; her stepfather Bruce Perkins; her children, Heath Lephew (Bethany) of Lindside, Garrett Lephew (Alexis) of Mississippi and Jennifer Long (Chad) of Frankford; her grandchildren, Emmett, Ryker, Avery, Kylie and Chloe; her great grandchild Addisyn; and her siblings, Pat Hubbard (Charlie) of Gap Mills, Kenny Hoke of Ronceverte and Jordan Hoke of Second Creek.
