Rosalee Carrie Spencer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2020, at the age of 86, Rosalee Carrie Spencer of Lewisburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter and Madeline Larcey Hayes Sheppard; her husband Lloyd Goff "Cotton" Spencer; her daughter Virginia Sue Spencer Miller; and her siblings, Calvin Howard, John Sheppard Jr., Glen Sheppard and Viola Sheppard.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Wayne Spencer and Kay Shafer (Steve) of Lewisburg, WV; her sisters, Iona Davis (Roy Marshall Dunbar) of Lewisburg, Verna Sheppard of Summersville, WV and Janice Howard Dunbar of Ronceverte, WV; and her grandchildren, Joey Foster, Steven, Jason Spencer, Kayla Copeland, Michael Miller and Melissa Miller. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
