She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Louise Ford Wilson; her former husbands, William Adkins and Floyd Gumm; her husband Clark Hanson; her sons, Chester Keith Adkins and David Leslie Adkins; her siblings, Willard Wilson, Melvin Wilson and Donna Sue Boggess; and her sister-in-law Betty Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Adkins, Jr. of Frankford, WV, Marshall Adkins (Linda) of Rupert, WV, Alan Adkins of Zenith, WV, Kathy McClung (Roger) of Gap Mills, WV and LaDonna Joyce of Greenville, WV; her siblings, Rick Wilson (Judy) of North Carolina and Cathy Smith (Blaine) of Wayside, WV; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Boggess and Gail Wilson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
