We bid farewell to Paul D. Raines (Lewisburg, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2025 at the age of 71. Paul touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Lindsey; and his mother Norma Raines. He is survived by: his wife Vicky (Nelson); and his sister Susan Gwinn (Gary) of Rainelle.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rainelle Chapel (283 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
