It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Francis of Lewisburg, West Virginia, born in East Lynn, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Francis and Veva Finley Francis; her siblings, Jay, John Francis, Calanthe Branstetter and Kathleen Fraley; and her niece Shelba Davis.
She is survived by: her son Eric Francis; her sister Beatrice Pratt; her nephews, Steve Fraley (Diane), Mike, Bob and David Branstetter; her niece Janie Forbis (Larry); her great-nieces, Kathy Smith, Michelle Zornes (David) and Sarah Tasso (Jon); her great-nephew Jason Fraley (Brandy); her close friends, Evelyn McCartney and Susie Yates; and her pet Issabelle.
