She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde E. Kisner and Grace M. O'Conner Kisner; her husband James F. Carroll; and her siblings, Glenna "Belle" Linton and Charles "Sonny" Kisner.

She is survived by: her siblings, Marguerite Davis, Rockville, MD, Evelyn King of Florida, Harold Kisner of Middletown, MD and Connie Enlow Kisner of Florida.
