She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Dennis and Dollie Hammons Stanley; her former husband Carl Hunter Cutlip; her husband Harvey Madison Cudd; her son Richard Cutlip; her siblings, Jud, Gene, Carl Stanley and Mazie Canfield; her nephew Floyd Gene Stanley; and her close friend Carol Sue Workman.
She is survived by: her niece Sandra Lively (Bob); her nephew Loyd Cutlip Jr.; her stepchildren, Donald Cudd (Susan), Dennis Cudd (Kristi), Bill Cudd (Ava) and Donna Corboy; her close friends, J. B. Willis (Becky) and Delmas Workman; and her caregivers, Melissia Grimmett, Shirley Winfrey, Wilma Fox and Candace Williams. She is also survived by several step grandchildren step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy should be made to the Greenbrier County Public Library, 152 Robert W. McCormack Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901 in Martha's memory.
